Building Systems

Clear Span (CS)
Systems with tapered columns, rafters and by-pass girts give optimum clear span capabilities. When clear spans are the requirement, CS systems are the ideal solution. Clear spans with up to 200 feet of unobstructed floor space are common. This is an ideal solution for aircraft hangars.
Modular Building (MB)
Systems have all the features of the CS series, yet by adding interior columns, allows the system to span greater widths where one, two, or three rows of interior columns are not a hindrance. Very economical design, particularly practical for office/warehouse, industrial, and commercial applications.
Roof Systems (RS)
Offer a lower roof profile for increased aesthetic appeal, at the same time saving heating and cooling costs by eliminating unusable attic area. With straight wall columns featuring flush framed girts, they provide a clean wall line - great for commercial applications.
Single Slope (SS)
Systems with by-pass girts are especially suited for stores and shopping centers. They offer maximum clear floor space and a single drainage area. This system is structurally stable on its own.
Lean To (LT)
Systems offer an economical solution to expand existing buildings that need to be made bigger, or new buildings to make them larger. It allows for a large amount of clear floor space without the addition of columns. This particular system depends on the other existing structure for its stability.
